Keynote Panel: Embedding Resilience: Shock-Proofing Your Supply Chain Against Disruption
Supply chain volatility is the new normal, yet many organisations are still trapped in the planning dilemma: being forced to commit too far in advance with the worst information, resulting in the wrong inventory and missed market opportunities. This session explores how to fundamentally change that dynamic by embedding true resilience, agility, and responsiveness into your core planning and operational processes. We will unpack the real costs of preparedness versus the catastrophic costs of stock-outs, share practical "hacks" for consistently creating your own luck, and provide a framework to shift your organisation from short-term firefighting to long-term strategic thinking.
