Fireside Chat: Built for Disruption: Leading the AI-Enabled Supply Chain
What does it take to lead a global supply chain when disruption is no longer the exception? In this opening fireside chat, Maria Villablanca sits down with Cisco Chief Supply Chain Officer Chuck Graham to explore how Cisco is building a supply chain designed to adapt, through geopolitical shifts, changing trade dynamics, systemic supply constraints, and rapid technology change. The conversation will explore how Chuck thinks about resilience, decisions and trade-offs behind a global supply chain, and how AI is changing the way Cisco plans, operates, and responds. They'll also discuss what the shift toward agentic AI means for supply chain leaders, not just for technology and processes, but for people, decision-making and the role of the CSCO.
