Opening Fireside Chat: Orchestrating Global Scale & The Shift to Supply Chain "Enablement"
As multinational networks become increasingly complex, the traditional top-down supply chain model is evolving. At the end of 2025, global hygiene and health company Essity recognised this shift, establishing a brand new "Supply Chain Enablement" function to drive economies of scale and standardise working methods across its sprawling, decentralised production network of approximately 150 countries. In this exclusive fireside chat, newly appointed CSCO Ilham Smaali will unpack what it truly means to shift from traditional supply chain management to an "enablement" mindset. Drawing on her extensive cross-industry experience leading global logistics and planning for powerhouse brands like Nike, The Estée Lauder Companies, and Procter & Gamble, Smaali will share her playbook for driving end-to-end transformation without stifling local agility.
