Privacy · TFEST26 online pass
The online pass is run by Future Insights Network, which organises TFEST26 (1–2 December 2026). We use the details you give us (name, work email, company, job title, country, and anything you add to your profile) to give you your pass, run the livestream, chat, messages and online meetings, and email you about TFEST26.
Other attendees signed in to the portal can see your profile: your name, photo, job title, company, country and what you add to it, marked Online. They never see your email address. Messages are read only by you and the person you write to, unless one of you reports a message to the team.
We record which page brought you to the sign-up (the link's campaign tags and referral code) to see which invitations work.
Data is stored in the EU (Supabase, Frankfurt) and processed by Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Stripe (card payments, only if the pass is paid). We do not sell data. To ask for a copy or for deletion, write to lucas@tfest.ai.
